Tahitian vanilla extract is obtained by supercritical fluid extraction using natural carbon dioxide. This process guarantees the absence of solvent residues, inorganic salts and heavy metals, thus preserving the purity and quality of the extract.
Uses
- Food flavoring: Ideal for enhancing the taste of pastries, confectionery, ice creams, desserts, drinks, milks and liqueurs.
- Home cosmetics: Can be used as a taste modifier in lipsticks, lip balms and toothpastes. It also adds a sweet note to fragrances for galenic preparations, body oils, hair care products and soaps.
