This synergy is ideal for :

Directions for use

• Diffusion: Place a few drops in a diffuser to create a soothing, balancing atmosphere.
• Inhalation: Inhale a few drops deeply on a handkerchief or in a bowl of warm water to promote relaxation and emotional balance.
• Local application: Dilute in a vegetable oil and apply to the chest or wrists to benefit from its balancing effects throughout the day.

Precautions for use

• Do not ingest without medical advice.
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water for several minutes.
• In case of skin irritation, dilute in vegetable oil and rinse with water.
• Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women, or on young children under 3 years of age.
• Do not use on people with a history of allergies to essential oils.

Recycling information / Sorting instructions

For optimal recycling, follow these steps:

1. Empty the bottle completely: Make sure the bottle is empty before recycling. Essential oils must not contaminate recycling.
2. Remove caps and droppers: Remove these items so that they can be recycled separately according to their material.
3. Rinse bottle: Rinse quickly with hot water, if necessary, to remove any remaining oil.
4. Follow local instructions: Place the glass bottle in the appropriate container for glass, and the cap according to local sorting instructions.
