This merchant site is intended for individuals or legal entities over the age of 18 and with full legal capacity. The site does not allow the purchase of items intended for resale. We reserve the right to modify the content of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice.

We therefore advise you to read them carefully before placing an order. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the day the order is validated.

ORDER

Orders can be placed on our online site in the following stages:

Select the item(s) you wish to add to your shopping cart.
Select the basket and validate.
It is compulsory to log in via the customer account or to create one using an e-mail address and a chosen password.
It is necessary to check the entire order (packaging, quantity, etc.).
Enter a delivery address and confirm.
Enter a billing address (if different from the delivery address).
Choose a delivery method and confirm.
Add a promo code (if available).
Select the payment method, then confirm the order.

As soon as the order has been validated, an automatic e-mail acknowledging receipt will be sent within the hour.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our e-shop offers the following payment methods:

Secure payment by credit card please enter your credit card number (16 digits), expiry date (4 digits) and security code (3 digits on the back of the card) in the appropriate fields on our site. Online payment on our site is secure (SSL EV standard). Various accesses are made to authorization servers to verify data and prevent abuse and fraud. To achieve this, the server is in encrypted mode and all information transmitted is encoded: nothing is sent in clear text over the Internet. In accordance with the French law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures, the online transmission of the card number and the final validation of the order constitute proof of the completeness of the order and of the payability of the sums due in settlement of this order. In certain cases, notably non-payment, incorrect address, or other problems with the user's account, MaCosmetoPerso reserves the right to block the user's order until the problem has been resolved.
Payment by bank transfer once you have selected this option, a summary of your order will be displayed. The only currency accepted is the Euro. You must then confirm your order by clicking on "I confirm my order". Our bank details will then be displayed on the next page. If payment is not received within 15 days, the order will be cancelled.
Secure payment via PayPal by choosing this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment platform. Payment methods are specific to this platform and independent of MaCosmetoPerso. For further information, please consult https://www.paypal.com/fr. There is no additional charge for using PayPal. PayPal is recognized as a secure payment method, using advanced encryption technologies to protect your online transactions, ensuring the safety of your banking information.
Payment by cheque by choosing this option, you will be asked to validate your order by confirming this method of payment. Once your order has been validated, the information required to process your cheque will be displayed on the next page (payment amount, cheque order, order reference, postal address for delivery). Two emails will be sent to you: a summary and an order confirmation. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Cash payment if you choose this option, you will be asked to come to the boutique, located at 156, La venue de Mazan 84330 St Pierre de Vassols (Boutique Cosmétic Provence / Algovital), to pay in cash and pick up your order.

No order will be prepared without a valid means of payment. The contract between MaCosmetoPerso and the customer is formed when the latter confirms his order.

DELIVERY

In-store collection

In-store collection is a free service offered by ALGOVITAL. Once the order has been validated, the customer is given the option of "in-store collection", meaning that a minimum of 3 hours is required for staff to prepare the order for collection. Once the order has been paid for, the customer cannot change the delivery method directly on the website www.macosmetoperso.com. It is however possible to contact customer service on +33 (0)4 90 36 22 03. Withdrawal only available from our sales outlet at 156, La venue de Mazan 84330 St Pierre de Vassols (Boutique Cosmétic Provence / Algovital).

Shipments

For destinations not listed on our website, please contact our customer service department on +33 (0)4 90 36 22 03 or contact@macosmetoperso.com. For each order, a flat-rate contribution is required to cover the costs of processing the order (postage, packaging, preparation of the parcel, etc.), which is communicated when the order is placed.

Parcels are sent by La Poste by Colissimo Domicile or Colissimo Point de Retrait, depending on the customer's choice. Once the customer has validated their choice of delivery, they will no longer be able to modify their choice. Transaction emails will be sent throughout the order preparation process to inform the customer of the various stages involved.

If you choose the Colissimo Point de Retrait service, you must collect your delivery within 10 working days of the parcel being received by the retailer. SARL ALGOVITAL will not be held responsible if the parcel is not collected, and will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost by the carrier.

Returns

On receipt of the order, the customer must check the condition of the products delivered. In the event of delivery to the customer of a non-conforming or defective product, the purchaser must inform ALGOVITAL and may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Except in the case of warranties, all transactions between MaCosmetoPerso and its customers, not contested within 6 months, cannot give rise to a claim. EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE / COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Any unused item may be exchanged or reimbursed in the form of a credit note within 14 days (postage to be paid by the customer) and returned to : MaCosmetoPerso 156, La venue de Mazan 84330 St Pierre de Vassols, FRANCE (Boutique Cosmétic Provence / Algovital) - Phone +33 (0)4 90 36 22 03.

In order to provide an appropriate service, it is essential to indicate the reason for a return to the email address contact@macosmetoperso.com. Consumers have a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods (Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code).

Returns must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, the buyer is liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

INTEGRALITY

Should any of the clauses of this contract be rendered null and void by a change in legislation, regulations or by a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with these general terms and conditions of sale.

DURATION

The present terms and conditions apply for the duration of the online services offered by ALGOVITAL.

RESPONSIBILITY

ALGOVITAL has an obligation of result for all stages of the order-taking process, as well as for all stages subsequent to the conclusion of the contract. Thus ALGOVITAL undertakes to describe the products sold on its website as accurately as possiblewww.macosmetoperso.com.

On the other hand ALGOVITAL shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations being attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.

ALGOVITAL cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage relating to the use of the Internet network, such as a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions, or more generally for any event qualified by the courts as force majeure.

SETTLING DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts of the defendant's domicile, the place of delivery or the jurisdiction of the company's registered office ALGOVITAL.
