Order processing and delivery
Order preparation
Orders are processed within 24-72 hours on weekdays (except during busy periods). Customers will be contacted by e-mail or telephone if difficulties arise in preparing their order.
All orders are sent in recycled or recyclable packaging with biodegradable cushioning flakes.
Delivery methods, times and costs
Delivery is by post, according to the weight, quantity and size of the products ordered.
Shipping costs are calculated according to package weight and item size. They are automatically displayed on our site before the order is validated.
To avoid loss, theft or damage to small packages, customers must have a mailbox that meets the required standards.

- Colissimo Domicile without signature: from €6.72 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
- Colissimo Domicile with signature: from €7.77 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
- Colissimo Point de retrait: from €5.11 excluding VAT for a maximum weight of 250 g (beyond this, Colissimo's current rates apply).
- Click & Collect: Pick-up in Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols 84330 (Vaucluse) FREE.
