Shikakai powder is naturally rich in saponins*. 100% plant-based, it is perfect as an ingredient in ecological, biodegradable and zero-waste shampoos.
Store away from light, in a cool, dry place (this is very important, as the ingredient is very hygroscopic). Close the jar immediately after use, to avoid contact with air and moisture. If the product is exposed to air for too long, it may agglomerate.
