Loyalty program

With MaCosmetoPerso, take advantage of our loyalty program and get discounts on your purchases! We'd like to thank our valued customers, who have been following and supporting us from the very beginning.

MEMBERSHIP

As soon as you register, you automatically join the loyalty program.

EARN REWARDS

For every €10 spent on our site, you earn €0.50 in rewards. You can accumulate these rewards for one year. They are validated after 14 days (right of withdrawal).

  • 10 € spent = 0.50 € rewards
  • 25 spent = €1.25 in rewards
  • 50 spent = €2.50 in rewards

You can convert them into discount vouchers at any time via your customer account.

VALIDITY OF AWARDS

Rewards are valid as long as at least one order is placed within 12 months. After this period without an order, your loyalty account will be reset to zero. No recourse will be possible. Refunds of items will cancel rewards earned on those references.

Any complaints or discrepancies concerning your reward balance should be sent to contact@macosmetoperso.com within 6 months.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with current promotional offers. Items purchased with loyalty rewards will be refunded without re-crediting the rewards. The balance of the order (excluding delivery costs) after using a discount must be at least 0 €.

In the event of a dispute regarding the amount accumulated, only the information contained in MaCosmetoPerso 's database will be deemed authentic.

EXCLUSION FROM THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

The loyalty program is valid for one physical person. Any misuse, fraudulent use or falsification of an account will result in total cancellation of the loyalty program with total loss of rewards earned.

PROGRAM DURATION AND CHANGES

MaCosmetoPerso may change its loyalty program at any time, subject to one (1) month's notice. Customers will be informed by e-mail and by display at the point of sale. In the event of termination of the loyalty program, the customer will have a period of one year in which to use the benefits generated by the program. Once this period has expired, the benefits will be lost. Once the loyalty program has been modified, no compensation will be paid.

PERSONAL DATA

MaCosmetoPerso needs to collect the data required for a successful sale. The customer must provide accurate, true and complete information.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978, as amended, customers have the right to access their personal data at any time, to have it corrected or completed if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and to object to it being passed on to third parties, the right to object, free of charge, to the use of such data for sending commercial solicitations and, more generally, the right to object to any form of processing as defined in paragraph 3 of article 2 of the aforementioned law.
