Solub-HE

• 100% natural carrier and emulsifier (solvent) for your essential oils.
• As essential oils are not water-soluble, Solub-HE represents a practical natural alternative to honey or fats (oil, butter, cream) generally used to dilute your essential oils.
• Solub-HE is ideal for
  - absorbing essential oils in herbal tea form or before adding them to a culinary preparation
  - diluting essential oils before skin application or before adding them to bath water.
• Basic preparation:

Aromatic drink: 4 ml Solub-HE + 1 ml essential oil. Shake well before use. Pour 5-10 drops into a glass of water. Rinse well and consume quickly.

Culinary preparation: Mix 10 drops of the basic preparation in at least 20 ml of liquid.

Baths and/or skin applications: Dilute 1/4 essential oil (p.ex. 5 drops) in 3/4 (p.ex. 20 drops) of Solub-HE. Shake well before use.

Physical fatigue: Nutmeg essential oil + Rosemary essential oil. 4 drops of each, to be dissolved in a teaspoonful of Solub-HE before pouring into the bath water. Finish the bath with a cold-water shower.

Libido (weakness): 8 drops Lavender essential oil + 4 dropsSandalwood essential oil + 4 dropsYlang Ylang essential oil. Dilute in a teaspoon of Solub-HE before pouring into bath water.

Stress: Petit grain bigarade essential oil + Orange essential oil. 5 drops of each to be diluted in a teaspoonful of Solub-HE before pouring into the bath water.

Overweight: Cedarwood + Geranium + Cypress + Juniper + Sage essential oils. 2 to 3 drops each, to be poured into a teaspoonful of Solub-HE and then into the bath water. Finish the bath with a cold-water shower.

Urticaria: Chamomile essential oil + Geranium essential oil + Lavender essential oil. 2-3 drops of each to be diluted in a teaspoon of Solub-HE before pouring into bath water.

Storage

• Close bottle tightly after use.
• Store away from light and at temperatures below 20°C.
• Solub-HE is a preservative-free solvent, so it should be consumed quickly after use.
