RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without obligation of justification or penalty. You are, however, responsible for return shipping costs.

Return conditions

Any unused item may be returned for exchange or reimbursement in the form of a credit note. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Any damage incurred during return may result in refusal of reimbursement.
